These terms apply to your use of ReplyMeAI: replymeai.com and the ReplyMeAI iPhone Shortcut. By creating an account or using ReplyMeAI, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

ReplyMeAI uses AI to write replies to text messages from contacts you choose, in your style, and a Shortcut on your iPhone sends them from your own number. AI can make mistakes. You choose who ReplyMeAI replies to, you can pause it at any time, and you are responsible for the messages sent from your phone. Don’t use ReplyMeAI to send spam, harass anyone or break the law.

Your account

Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the prices shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, which you can do at any time from Plan & Billing in Settings.

Ending your use

You can stop using ReplyMeAI and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

ReplyMeAI is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable but don’t promise that every reply will be sent, on time or without errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
