Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ReplyMeAI (“we”) collects when you use replymeai.com, and the ReplyMeAI iPhone Shortcut, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: knowilltech@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address, a securely hashed password, and settings you choose.
  • Contacts you add: the names and phone numbers or email addresses of the people you set up for ReplyMeAI to reply to.
  • Messages: the text of messages from those contacts that your Shortcut sends us, the replies we write, and the examples and answers you give us to learn your texting style.
  • Device: an identifier for each iPhone you connect, and technical details such as browser type and IP address.
  • Usage: pages you visit and actions you take in ReplyMeAI, so we can improve it.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan and payment status, never your full card number.

How we use it

To run ReplyMeAI: write and deliver your replies, learn your style, show your inbox and usage, bill your plan, send account and setup emails (and, if you agree, tips and offers you can turn off any time), provide support, keep the service secure, and improve it.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that run parts of ReplyMeAI for us:

  • Anthropic, which provides the AI that writes replies (it receives the message text needed for each reply);
  • Render and Vercel, which host our servers and website;
  • Stripe, for payments; Resend, for email;
  • Meta, through the Meta Pixel on our website, to measure our advertising.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can pause ReplyMeAI, remove contacts, and turn off promotional email in Settings. To access or delete your account and its data, email knowilltech@gmail.com. We keep your data while your account is open and delete it when you ask us to delete your account, except records we must keep by law.

Security and children

We protect your data with encrypted connections and access controls, though no system is perfectly secure. ReplyMeAI is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above, and tell you by email for important changes.
